Our Mission

Arts Huntsville stimulates and supports customs inventiveness and engagement by advancing the arts, entertainment and civilization to enrich quality of life, education, and economic evolution in the greater Huntsville metropolitan region.

Our vision is Huntsville as the premier mid-sized city for the arts, entertainment, and culture in the Southeastern United states of america.

Our Programs

Arts Huntsville directly impacts Huntsville/Madison County residents through four cadre programs:

• Arts Community Support & Promotions
• Arts Education
• Community Events
• Public Art

Arts Huntsville also serves as an "umbrella" organization for its members, providing them with resources and tools that ensure their survival and expansion. Members include more 200 arts organizations, individual artists, arts patrons, and other arts-minded non-profits and companies. Arts Huntsville's services ensure ongoing community admission to the arts and the continued success and growth of our local arts community.

There are many ways to engage with local arts, amusement and civilization and back up our mission of improving our customs through enabling admission to high quality arts programming. Contact our office to learn how.

• Arts Community Promotion and Support

  Arts Huntsville works to support and promote the work of a vibrant arts and cultural community. Our Arts Directory features profiles of Arts Huntsville's members and y'all can go along upwardly-to-date with activities and events using our Arts Calendar. • Arts Education

  Learning about (and through) the arts gives children and adults of all ages more than than mere noesis, it helps them empathize themselves and the world around them in a way nothing else can. While substantial progress has been made incorporating the arts into our schools, there is all the same much to be done.
